Can I apply for a position?
While our current executive team is based in San Diego, we always keep applications open for new team members globally (especially for marketing/outreach/TikTok editors)! Feel free to email us with inquiries.
As our mission is dedicated towards providing a safe space and platform for marginalized youth, our team naturally attracts members who identity as BIPOC, female, non-binary/non-gender conforming, and LGBTQ+.
When will I hear back about my staff application?
Thank you so much for your interest in applying! Due to the large number of applications that we receive, we will only contact those who move on to the interview round.
Are staff positions paid?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not have the resources to pay our staff. All Antifragile staff positions, including our executive team, are volunteer and unpaid. Although our team does not personally profit from the work they produce, it is our goal to foster a creative environment for our team members to grow professionally, even without pay.
Submissions
When will I know if my submission’s been accepted?
We will notify you directly if your submission is selected for the print issue. Due to the large number of submissions that we receive, we are unable to contact everyone who submits.
Where does the income from print zines and merch go?
All of the profits we receive from our sales go back towards Antifragile Zine and the community! Whether this be shipping costs or investment in projects, our team does not individually profit.
Can I submit more than once?
Absolutely! However, please don’t submit the same submission twice.
If my work is published on Antifragile Zine’s platform, can I publish it elsewhere too?
Yes! We do not own your work. You are free to publish it wherever else you’d like.

Where do we ship from?
San Diego, CA.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-6 days for order fulfillment. We ship with media mail through USPS, with expected shipping time frames from 2-8 business days! You will receive an email when your order is shipped with your tracking number.
COVID-19 continues to impact shipping worldwide, so these times are subject to change and delay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship everything out from California, so international shipping prices may vary depending on your location and proximity. Unfortunately, shipping prices are entirely out of our control and calculated by our shipping carriers.
Do you offer refunds?
As a small business, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. However, in the event your order arrives damaged (or doesn’t arrive at all), please feel free to reach out to us and we will sort something out :)
